How To Heal Course
This offering was born from one of the most consistent pieces of feedback I receive from women in my Trauma-Informed Training:
“I joined this training to help others heal… and ended up healing myself.”
Hearing that again and again has made me realize just how much wisdom, love, and practical healing tools I’ve gathered—and how ready I am to share them with women who are walking their own healing paths.
In my How to Heal Course, we will:
Draw from the wisdom of both Eastern and Western wisdom traditions
Take your time to learn, share, and practice tools that support real healing
Build a beautiful, safe, and loving container
Respect each other’s unique process, pace, and soul
Use the chakras as a map for our work
Applications Open August 1, 2025

Frequently Asked Questions
If you don’t find the answers to your questions here, please feel free to connect with me.
Do I need to be a yoga teacher to take the training?
No. Everyone is welcome — social workers, therapists, yoga teachers, attorneys, etc. — no yoga or meditation experience necessary. We value coming together as a diverse community.
Does this course qualify for Continuing Education credits with the Yoga Alliance?
Yes, completion of our full Trauma-Informed Training will provide you with 35 hours of Continuing Education credits with the Yoga Alliance. At the end of our Trauma-Informed Training, we will provide instructions on how to submit your Continuing Education hours.
What if I can’t make every session?
I’m flexible and will work with your schedule. Please email me (halli@hallifaulkner.com) to talk about your specific needs.
What can I teach once the training is complete?
This training is for you to use however is most helpful for your work and/or your own healing. You may, for example, want to learn breathing techniques to help survivors in your social work practice, or yoga movement to help calm your own nervous system, or meditations to include in the yoga classes you teach. How you use this curriculum is completely up to you, and we trust your judgment!
Is financial support available?
The ultimate goal of this Trauma-Informed Training is to share yoga-based tools to support their healing with as many survivors as possible. Because of this, I use a sliding scale payment model that empowers you to choose the payment amount that fits your needs.
The full price of this training is $750. If that doesn't work for you, you’re invited to choose one of the other amounts — $350, or $500 — that you feel comfortable with and that feels fair given your personal finances. I also offer payment plans and childcare stipends — please feel free to email for more info on that (halli@hallifaulkner.com).
Is the training open to everyone?
Yes. Everyone interested in working with survivors is welcome — social workers, therapists, yoga teachers, attorneys, etc. — no yoga or meditation experience necessary. We value coming together as a diverse community.
Are group discounts available?
Yes! I offer discounts for groups of two or more. Please email me (halli@hallifaulkner.com) for details.
What do I have to do in order to get a certificate of completion?
Join our 10 live sessions on Zoom and complete 10 hours of individual coursework. Your digital certificate of completion will be emailed to you one month after our training is complete.
