How To Heal

This 8-week course was born from one of the most consistent pieces of feedback I receive from women in my Trauma-Informed Training:

“I joined this training to help others heal… and ended up healing myself.”

Hearing that feedback again and again has made me realize just how much wisdom, love, and practical healing tools I’ve gathered—and how ready I am to share them with women who are walking their own healing paths.

In How to Heal, we:

  • Draw from the wisdom of both Eastern and Western wisdom traditions.

  • Take our time to learn, share, and practice tools that support real healing.

  • Build a beautiful, safe, and loving container.

  • Respect each other’s unique processes, paces, and souls.

  • Use the chakras as a guiding map for our work.

How to Heal is an 8-week course for survivors of sexual assault and gender-based violence who are in the process of healing and are looking for deep, transformational support.

This training is fully online:

  • Thursdays, 7:00-9:30p ET

  • September 4th - October 23

There are 10 open spaces for participants, applications accepted on a rolling basis until spots are filled.

Week One - September 4th

Creating a sense of safety and community.

Week Two - September 11th

First chakra: building the foundation.
What helps you feel safe and secure?

Week Three - September 18th

Second chakra: pleasure and creation.
What feels good? What helps you flow?

Week Four - September 25th

Second chakra: abundance and deservedness.
What do you want? What do you deserve?

Week Five - October 2nd

Third chakra: your power.
What gives you power?

Week Six - October 9th

Fourth chakra: your heart.
How is your heart doing? How can you care for your heart?

Week Seven - October 16th

Fifth chakra: your voice.
How is your voice? What does it mean to speak your truth?

Week Eight - October 23rd

Sixth chakra: your intuition.
What do you know?

Seventh chakra: your royalty.
What does it mean to be sovereign?
