That’s fine! All sessions are recorded and shared with participants, so you can go back and watch any parts you missed.
What can I teach once the training is complete?
This training is for you to use however is most helpful for your work and/or your own healing. You may, for example, want to learn breathing techniques to help survivors in your social work practice, or yoga movement to help calm your own nervous system, or meditations to include in the yoga classes you teach. How you use this curriculum is completely up to you and I trust your judgement.
Is financial support available?
The ultimate goal of this Trauma-Informed Training is to share yoga-based tools to support their healing with as many survivors as possible. Because of this, I use a sliding scale payment model that empowers you to choose the payment amount that fits your needs.
