Our Practice Together

I am a somatic therapist and trauma-informed teacher dedicated to holding space for healing. My teaching weaves together mindful movement, breath, and meditation to create environments where you can feel safe, joyful, and supported.

With over a decade of experience, I offer classes that are both grounding and nourishing—inviting you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your innate wisdom.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice, I welcome you just as you are.
